Become a Mysa RBT

As a MYSA RBT you'll experience the deep satisfaction of making a positive impact on the lives of children with autism and their families. It's a path that leads to personal growth, professional development, and the opportunity to be part of something truly special.


Your daily tasks will include:
  • Providing direct client care in one-on-one or group settings
  • Following the behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols designed by the BCBA
  • Collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress
  • Communicating with clients, parents, caregivers, and BCBAs
  • Assisting with behavior assessments and parent training
  • Participating in ongoing training and supervision

Ideal Candidates will:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent - Possess an active RBT certification
  • Complete a 40-hour training course if not already a certified RBT.
  • Pass a competency assessment
  • Pass a certification exam if not already a certified RBT.
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards
  • Certified RTBs will be required to pass a compentency assessment.
  • Non certified candidates will be required to complete a 40 hour training course, pass a compentency assessment, and pass a certification exam.
